A milestone moment for autonomous manufacturing

On February 8th, our team had the privilege of presenting at the Hessian.AI Innovation Summit in Darmstadt — one of the largest AI gatherings in the German manufacturing corridor.

We demonstrated autonomIQ’s ability to take a raw STEP file and produce verified, machine-ready NC code in under five minutes. The live demo ran without interruption, processing a complex aerospace bracket with 14 distinct machining features.

What the audience asked

The questions from the audience confirmed what we hear from customers every week:

• “How does it handle tolerances that the CAD model doesn’t explicitly specify?” — Through a combination of geometry recognition and a learned rule base built from thousands of manufacturing programs.
• “What happens when it’s wrong?” — The programmer reviews before execution. autonomIQ is a co-pilot, not an autopilot. Errors surface in the review step, not at the machine.
• “When will it be available?” — Our pilot program is open now. Reach out.

What comes next

We leave the summit energized. The manufacturing community is ready for this. 2026 is the year autonomIQ moves from research proof-of-concept to production deployment.
